Compliance Opportunity Engine provides project-fit and business-development intelligence drawn from official, public, buyer, and company sources. Website content, free fit checks, and pursuit-ready packets are informational and do not constitute legal, regulatory, engineering, laboratory, financial, procurement, or other professional advice.
No guarantee of current need
A public environmental record does not prove that a facility has an unresolved issue, available budget, active procurement process, or need for a particular service. Users must verify current conditions directly and apply their own professional and commercial judgment.
Pursuit-ready packets
The advertised pilot price is $250 for one packet that meets the geography, service fit, timing, and qualification rules agreed before work begins. If a delivered packet clearly misses those agreed rules, the customer may request one replacement. A packet is not bid preparation, bid submission, or a guarantee of award.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website, its forms, or delivered research to harass, misrepresent, overwhelm, or make unsupported claims about a facility, company, or person. Outreach should be accurate, professional, and compliant with applicable law.
