What we collect
When you request a fit check, we collect the name, work email, company, role, territory, and project interest you provide. Standard service logs may also record technical information needed for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use submitted details to assess fit, research a relevant case, respond to your request, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell the personal information submitted through this form.
Website measurement
We record limited first-party interaction events such as page views, fit-check button clicks, form starts, completed requests, referring page, and campaign tags. This helps us understand which outreach and page sections produce qualified requests. We do not use this measurement to build advertising profiles or sell visitor data.
Public-source research
Project intelligence may use official procurement, regulatory, facility, buyer, and company records. Public information can be incomplete or delayed, so it is reviewed for relevance and presented with its source window and limitations.
Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the site and respond to requests, or when required by law. Technical, engineering, legal, laboratory, and regulated services are outside this intelligence service and require separate engagement with qualified providers.
Retention and choices
We keep request information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, security, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. To ask about, correct, or delete a prior submission, contact the operator through the same channel used to deliver your fit check and identify the original work email.
